Kathy Lehman Mott has been with Colonial Life as a project manager for the last 11 years. Prior to that she worked in the banking field with Carolina First Bank.

Kathy has a son, Jason, who is married and lives in Mt. Pleasant and a daughter, Kourtenay, who graduated from Airport and magna cum laude from USC in 2004. Kourtenay also lives in Mt. Pleasant.

Kathy is single and lives in Lexington with her dog, Zoe. Her hobby is line dancing which she does several times a week.
