Karen Maxheimer MacEachern has been married to Don MacEachern for 28 years. They live in Lexington and have one daughter, Stacey, who is married to Jim Reaves. Stacey and Jim have two children, Jake and Madison.

Karen worked in retail for 26 years at Tapp’s department store (until they closed in 1995) where she was the buyer of ladies jewelry, handbags, accessories and hosiery. She is an operations supervisor/AVP for The South Financial Group. TSFG processes for Carolina First Bank in SC and NC and Mercantile Bank in Florida. Don retired from BOA and is now enjoying a career in mortgage with 1st Choice Mortgage.

Karen and Don take advantage of any opportunities to spend time with their daughter, her husband and their grandchildren. The entire family enjoys vacationing at Edisto Island.
